— Cancellations
Call 800-544-0122 to change your reservation.
- ✦Sedan: must cancel at least 4 hours prior to pickup.
- ✦Airport pickup (sedan) canceled less than 4 hours before scheduled pickup: charged full fare + tolls + airport fees + 20% gratuity.
- ✦All other vehicles: must cancel at least 48 hours prior or charged full fare + tolls + airport fees + 20% gratuity.
- ✦Non-airport pickups (sedan) canceled less than 4 hours before pickup: charged 1 hour rate + 20% gratuity.
- ✦Late cancellation or no-show: full trip charge + tolls + airport fees + 20% gratuity.
- ✦All legs of a round-trip reservation must be canceled separately.
