Terms & Conditions:
Cancellations: Call 800 . 544. 0122 to change your reservation
Sedan cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to scheduled pick up time.
Airport pickup cancellations (Sedan only) made less than 4 hours before scheduled pickup will be charged full fare + all tolls and airport fees + 20% gratuity for the driver. All other vehicles must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled pick up time or you will be charged full fare + all tolls and airport fees + 20% gratuity for the driver.
Non-Airport Pickups (Sedan only) cancellations made less than 4 hours before pickup will be charged One (1) hour rate + 20% gratuity for driver.
Late cancellation (less than 4 hours before scheduled pick up) or no-show is subject to the full charge of the trip + any tolls, airport fees and 20% gratuity.
All legs of a round-trip reservation must be canceled separately.

To avoid a No-Show charge or if you cannot find your Cassidy Coach Driver - you must call 1-800-544-0122.

*** Cassidy Coach shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including road conditions/construction, weather, and breakdowns. Cassidy Coach assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, or for any items left in our vehicles.

Our base rate - $70/hour (excludes 20% gratuity and tolls, sedan only, please contact us for competitive van and limo rates, prices subject to change without notice)
Airport rates based on your city/town + fuel charge + 20% gratuity
Additional Charges: (if applicable)
* Fuel charge - 10%
* Greeter service - $40 (From base to pickup and back to base)
* Extra stop within the same town/city - $10 surcharge
* Extra stop in another town/city - $20 surcharge
* Late night scheduled flight that lands from 12 am to 1 am - $10 surcharge
* Delayed flights after 12 am but before 1 am - $10 surcharge
* Any flight that lands between 1 am and 3 am - $25 surcharge
* Pick up before 4:30 am - $10 surcharge
* Waiting time - $1 per minute
* Holiday Pick up/Drop off - $25 on top of any other charges
