Does my rate cover all passengers?
The rates published on this site are for up to three (3) passengers. If there are four (4) or more passengers, please call 800-544-0122 for a competitive quote.
How are reservations made?
Use our reservation form or phone 800-544-0122 between the hours of 6:30 am and 10 pm eastern time. E-mail reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations for the following morning should be made by 8 pm the night before.
How far in advance should I make my reservation?
Reservations should be made a minimum of 12 hours in advance; 24 hours is preferable.
Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Can the driver meet me in the baggage claim area?
MassPort will not allow drivers to leave their vehicles. We can provide a greeter to meet you at baggage claim at an additional cost of $40.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sedan cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to scheduled pick up time.
Airport pickup cancellations (Sedan only) made less than 4 hours before scheduled pickup will be charged full fare + all tolls and airport fees + 20% gratuity for the driver. All other vehicles must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled pick up time or you will be charged full fare + all tolls and airport fees + 20% gratuity for the driver.
Non-Airport Pickups (Sedan only) cancellation made less than 4 hours before pickup will be charged One (1) hour rate + 20% gratuity for driver.
Late cancellation or no-show is subject to the full charge of the trip + any tolls, airport fees and 20% gratuity.
All other vehicles must be canceled at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time or you will be billed for 100% of the total charge. These charges do not apply when the airline or weather has affected your flight schedule.
